Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with standard delivery taking 3-7 business days after processing and expedited options available if you need it faster. Every order includes tracking, and while we aren't responsible for carrier delays, if tracking shows no movement for 15 days just contact us and we'll help file a claim. Double-check your address at checkout since we can only update it within 24 hours of ordering, and orders sent to a wrong address due to customer error aren't our responsibility. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right. International orders may have customs fees, which are on the buyer. Questions?
