TERMS OF SERVICE - TROUBLED NOT

1. General: By purchasing from Troubled Not, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them anytime. Changes apply going forward.

2. Orders & Payment: All prices are listed in USD. We accept major cards and PayPal. Orders are confirmed once payment clears.

3. Shipping: Orders ship within 2-8 business days. We aren't responsible for delays once the carrier has your package. Lost or damaged items - contact us within 14 days.

4. Returns & Exchanges: Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be returned within 30 days. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Sale items are final.

5. Sizing: We do our best to list accurate measurements, but slight variations happen. Check the size chart before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property: The "Troubled Not" name and designs are ours. Don't copy, resell, or print them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability: We aren't liable for indirect damages from using or wearing our products. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the price you paid.
